•  Chief Governance Officer (CGO): The guardian of corporate integrity and compliance. This person would ensure that all Board actions and corporate records adhere to national and international regulations, setting the standard for transparent and ethical executive operations. 
•   Chief Financial Officer (CFO): The primary financial strategist and steward of capital. This person would architect the long-term funding strategy, manage multi-million dollar investments in R&D, and optimize capital allocation to drive profitability and sustainable growth. 

 This is the core innovation engine, focused on discovering and improving the fundamental thermoelectric materials and technologies.

• Materials Scientist / Engineer: The most critical R&D role. This person would research new semiconductor materials (beyond standards like Bismuth Telluride, Bi2​Te3​) to improve the thermoelectric figure of merit (ZT), which is the key measure of efficiency. Their work involves synthesis, doping, and characterization of novel compounds.
• Solid-State Physicist: Studies the fundamental electron and phonon (heat) transport properties in our materials to provide theoretical insights that guide the Materials Scientist.
• Research Technician: Supports the R&D team by preparing material samples, running experiments, operating lab equipment (like scanning electron microscopes), and meticulously recording data.

This team finds customers, markets the products, and handles all the essential business functions.

• Marketing Manager: Creates marketing materials, and develops strategies to Sales Team
• Application Engineer: Acts as a post-sales technical support expert, helping customers troubleshoot and get the most out of our products.
• Finance & Administrative Staff: Includes roles like accountants, human resources (HR) professionals, and office managers who handle payroll, hiring, and the daily administrative needs of the company.

 This group is responsible for producing the products efficiently, reliably, and at scale.

• Quality Control (QC) Manager: Implements standards and testing procedures at every stage of production to ensure every module that leaves the factory meets our performance specifications.
• Production Technician / Assembler: The hands-on staff who operate the machinery and assemble the thermoelectric devices on the factory floor.
• Supply Chain Manager: Manages the sourcing of raw materials (like tellurium and bismuth) and ensures a smooth flow of components to the production line and finished goods to the customer.

• R&D & Product Performance: Analyzing test data from your "Electofusion" units to optimize energy conversion efficiency (using Python/MATLAB).
• Model Customer ROI: Build calculators to show potential clients (e.g., bitcoin miners, manufacturers) exactly how much money and carbon they will save.
• Market Research: Scrape and analyze public data to identify facilities with high waste-heat output (150°F+) as potential sales targets.
