 Game-Changing Technology Has Arrived: Solid-State TEG Systems for Industrial Decarbonization


To our partners, investors, and stakeholders committed to the future of energy: challenges of converting industrial waste heat into electricity has been plagued by complex, high-maintenance, and low-efficiency mechanical systems. The prevailing technology was inherently limited, requiring prohibitively high temperatures that made the Return on Investment (ROI) unfeasible for most industries.

We are pleased to confirm that this era is definitely over. Game-changing technology in the form of our proprietary Electofusion process equips a solid-state Thermoelectric Generator (TEG) system.

Our research and development efforts have culminated in a solution that completely bypasses the mechanical constraints of the past:

  1. Solid-State Reliability: Electofusion contains no moving parts, eliminating operational downtime, fluid maintenance, and the complexity associated with traditional turbines or Rankine cycles. This fundamentally changes the economics of heat recovery, offering reliability that is unprecedented in the industrial sector.
  2. Low-Grade Efficiency: Unlike previous solutions, Electofusion is purpose-built to efficiently capture and convert the most common and largest source of wasted energy: low-to-medium grade heat (typically 80°C–200°C). By optimizing for this neglected spectrum, we unlock a multi-billion-dollar opportunity previously inaccessible to the market.
  3. From R&D to Execution: This is not a laboratory concept. Our focus has shifted entirely from theoretical R&D to commercial execution. The successful validation of our Electofusion modules has allowed us to move directly to building our Mobile Demonstration Unit (MDU), which is the platform we will use to validate performance on-site and execute our anchor commercial contract.

The core mission of our ongoing R&D is now the seamless industrial integration and continuous optimization of this proven technology. The arrival of Electofusion represents a critical inflection point where saving the planet by reducing emissions is finally and unequivocally synonymous with maximizing industrial profit.
